Together we will take a journey through the importance of healthy relationships, not only with students, but with ourselves. We will dive into the world of hidden emotions and trauma, unfold positive solutions to create resilience in students and ourselves, and work together on our individual self-care journeys, we will discover ways to let go of perfectionism/procrastination and how self-care allows us to better support others. We will have our attendees joining together and keeping each other accountable in the practice of self-care and we will look deeper into the triggers of students and ourselves.
